The 50/50 Global Foundation (“Foundation”) provides environmental, social, and sustainability-focused initiatives globally. This Disclaimer & Terms of Engagement (“Disclaimer”) governs all interactions, communications, collaborations, and potential partnerships with the Foundation.
By engaging with the Foundation in any capacity, you (“Party”) acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
All activities, communications, and initiatives are undertaken in good faith to support environmental sustainability, community development, and global impact. Nothing herein shall be construed as a binding obligation unless formalised in a separate written agreement.
The Foundation makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the success, effectiveness, or measurable outcomes of any initiative, project, or collaboration.
All forward-looking statements, projections, or plans are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. Actual results may differ materially due to factors beyond the Foundation’s control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

The Party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
Any third-party organisations, advisors, consultants, or vendors referenced or introduced by the Foundation operate independently unless formally contracted.
The Foundation shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or representations of third parties.

Each Party is responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards when handling personal data.
Nothing in this Disclaimer or any interaction with the Foundation shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship unless expressly agreed in a formal written contract.
Where engagement is primarily connected to the United Kingdom, the Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations, followed by mediation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Where engagement is primarily connected to Japan, the Parties shall seek amicable resolution.
Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
In cross-border engagements, jurisdiction shall be determined by the Foundation or specified in a separate written agreement.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

The Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
By engaging with the 50/50 Global Foundation, the Party confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full.
